Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy for all purchases. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, it will be processed, and we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please contact us at support@TactiWear.store. If the item is available in the desired size/color, we’ll assist you with the exchange process.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items such as personalized products or final sale items are non-refundable. Please refer to the product details page for specific exclusions.

How to Return an Item

  2. Package your return securely in the original packaging, ensuring the item is in new, unworn condition.
